I was looking at this thing the other day and I figured I should at least update it so it doesn't still say I am still waiting to have my baby...

man, can you imagine? 11 month pregnancy... and counting...

Sadie is now over two months old and so cute! Every day she has more personality and expresses herself better and better. She's doing great and we love her to death

I've started back at work and it's been a great year so far
I've been kinda frustrated with teaching for the last couple years
But this year is very different and I am really enjoying it alot
I am teaching all Seniors and they are AMAZING
It's so nice to be able to teach and have kids actually listen and learn
Simple concept, but you never know how great it is until...
You have to teach kids who don't follow even simple directions
Much less actually think and learn about anything you are trying to teach them
This year has been heaven because my students are amazing

Still no word on the house or what we are doing
Hopefully we'll be able to buy this one
But who knows
If we don't, then we'll just go find another one
Hopefully a better one even!
But who knows

Why hello...

Why is it that everyone likes Blogspot so much? Interesting. I like mine better but I guess I'll read all you people's stuff on here. This site had a cool blog list thing so I don't have to go to each space to see if anyone has written anything... so that's nice.

I thought maybe I would actually do a post on here

Still no baby... 5 days overdue now...

So now this is called "wasting time" waiting for my baby to be here, when it's not and I have no plans because I thought I would be taking care of a new baby and I'm not...

News on our house situation:

The rental place called back today FINALLY

(I only left like 5 messages over a week's time with three different people...not that I'm irritated or anything)

Anyway, this lady informs me that this last month was the last month they were going to collect rent

(thanks for telling me that...)

And so... who do I pay my rent to then? I asked

Well, she says, either the owner will hire another management agency or collect the rent himself...

Hmm... So there you go.

Who knows if we will have to pay rent or not?

Probably not since the house is in foreclosure

and the owner seems to care less what happens to it

So it will foreclose in September

And then?

Who knows...

Until then the plan is to keep living here

And save the rent money

As a just in case

But also save it for a downpayment hopefully

And see if we can buy this house?

Who knows. Who knows. Who knows...

For anyone reading this
Don't ever go to Point Loma Nazerene University
What a bunch of crap!!!
They are the WORST
at any kind of organization and efficiency
They don't even send you your diploma when you graduate
Because they say that too many diplomas were sent back
even though part of your paperwork when you graduate
Is saying how you want your name spelled
AND where to send the freaking diploma
Apparently they don't believe you that you won't move a month later
I graduated May 2007
And have never gotten a diploma
And called for like the 5th time
To see what the deal was
And someone finally called me back
A New Person
Because no one seems to work there for more than a couple months
And she said my degree was never even posted
So they can't send me my degree
Because it hasn't been approved yet
AND
She tells me
There is a discrepancy in my classes
Because midway through my degree
They changed the program requirements
So the classes I took
Are different than what they should be
So "they" could say they won't work
And make me take those 6 credits again
WHAT A BUNCH OF CRAP!

They better approve them
That's all I have to say
And man, what a horrible hassle
My file was even put in storage
And I asked: doesn't someone go over stuff like this???
Doesn't anyone pay attention to ANYTHING around there?
Everyone you talk to is so nice
And will always tell you:
"Oh, don't worry honey, I'll take care of it..."
AND THEY DON'T!!!
I'm really irritated
So we'll find out in a few weeks
Whether I have to go back to school or not...
The lady said she would call me
But OF COURSE
She might not
Because she's going on Maternity Leave...
But she'll sure leave lots of notes for the temp person
WHAT A FREAKING JOKE!
Don't ever go to PLNU
Because you'll go to school for two years
But not actually graduate until 4 years later...
