Swim Lessons

Man it really has been awhile since the video thing was working on this
So here is a video of Sadie's swim lessons
It's crazy when you first see her do it, you gotta see it 

The kid crying in the background pretty much did the the whole time
He was the only one younger than Sadie in her group--
everyone else there was more around 3 years old
And this kid didn't like the cold or the wet at all
But he swam pretty good...just cried the rest of the time lol...
But Sadie had a good time
So cute...

Can you do a headstand?

Dudey and HM were talking one Sunday

Dude said HM couldn't do a headstand

And so of course they had to prove each other right or wrong

And you can see who won! Whoo hoo!!!

The camera work isn't the best, but hey, it's hard to get the shot right when you have to be running the conversation and taping it too... It's sure cute though... love love...

I just thought this was so funny
Sadie seems to have learned her "m" sounds
And I was cracking up
So now when she says "done"
It sounds like something else.... :)

Is how long we ACTUALLY played this game
And I DIDN'T record it... lol.....

Her little run is the cutest thing to me these days
Seeing her fat little legs go makes me smile :)

Everyday things

The other day I read someone's blog

And it talked about recording your kids'
"Every Day Activities"
And I thought it was such a good idea
So here are some of Sadie's everyday things at 18 months:

1. Brush Your Teeth and Lotion your Hands


2. Dump it out... put it back in
This isn't that interesting in and of itself but the fact that she will be occupied doing this OVER and OVER and OVER for a good 45 minutes is the best part :)


3. Be Fascinated w/random things
...and maybe go down the slide someday....


4. Bang on Momma's computer

5. Play in the Sandbox
...while Singing to Yourself :)


6. Play in the Laundry Basket
Who needs fancy toys? :)
